We are happy to ship your item anywhere in the world! Please note, though, that there are size restrictions to some countries. Some poles, hardware and lawn ornaments may not be able to ship to some countries. If you have questions about whether the item you want can be sent to a specific country, please email us before placing the order and we'll be happy to help!
We are also happy to ship to all APO and FPO addresses to support our friends in the military. APO and FPO deliveries normally take 7-21 days to arrive to the domestic port and can take longer to arrive at the final destination.
Backorders:
At times, demand for our products outweigh our current supply. If you order a product that is backorderd, we will let you know immediately and we'll ask you if you want to keep your order and wait for the product or if you'd prefer us to cancel the order. We ship backorders as soon as they arrive to our store.
Defective Product:
In the rare event that you receive a defective product please call or email us within 3 business days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it for you.
Exchange or Refunds:
We are happy to exchange or refund UNUSED products in their original, undamaged packaging. Please let us know within 3 business days of receipt that you would like to exchange or refund your product. We will ask you to send the original product back to us and once we receive the product back in good condition, we will send out the exchange or provide the refund. Shipping charges both ways are your responsibility for refunds or exchanges. There is a 10% restocking fee for all refunds. If your order included free shipping, the cost of the orginal shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Damage During Shipping:
If your product was damaged during shipping, please save all packaging materials and call us immediately. We will process a damage claim through the mail service used and send you a replacement. Both USPS and UPS require that packaging materials and the product be kept and provided to them as proof of the shipping damage. We will not be able to process a claim for you if you do not keep the packaging materials and the item.
