How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Orders within the continental US are normally recieved within 4 to 5 days of shipment using standard shipping (depending on your location) and next day for next day shipping if the order is placed by noon Mountain Standard time. International orders can take 4-6 weeks to receive by Global Economy shipping or 4-10 days for Global airmail. If you need something other than our standard shipping options, please email us and we'll do our best to accomodate your needs!
What is a back order?
A back order occurs when an item is temporarily out of stock. We strive to keep all of our items in stock but sometimes demand overwhelms our expectations. In this case, we will notify you that the item you selected is on back order and when we expect it to be back in. Any other items that you have ordered will be shipped immediately and the back order will be shipped seperately when it comes in with no additional charges to you.
What if I need to make a return?

What if my package arrived damaged?
If you receive a package that was damaged during shipping, please call the United States Post Office directly at 1-800-275-8777 and report the damaged package. Once you've done that, the Post Office will get in touch with us and let us know to send you a replacement of your item. Please do not send the damaged package back to us. The United States Post office requires that the recipient of the package file the claim for a damaged package. Please make sure to keep the package and all packaging materials in case the postal carrier needs to see the damaged package.
Can I order something that I don't see on your site?
If there is an item that you're looking for that we don't have listed on our site, send us an email with a description of what it is and we'll do our best to find it for you! We'll reply to your email with what we've found and what the next step is to order the item if it meets your needs.
